BIA Extended Individual First Aid Kit
This Elite Bag expanded individual first-aid kit is designed for military and police personnel and features highly resistant materials. This medical bag is optimised for immediate access to critical medical supplies in operational environments.
The BIA is a tactical first-aid kit made of two independent panels that join to form a single, compact, and secure unit.
Body A remains anchored to the belt or MOLLE system via two MALICE straps on the rear, which act as a structural sheath. It has a wide upper elastic band for carrying a tourniquet, a large velcro strip for securing Body B to the medical module, and a removable velcro strip that serves as an identification badge.
Body B is a removable medical module featuring two high-strength Hypalon handles: a lower handle for controlled release and an upper handle for immediate extraction. It includes a flat pocket for medical documents and a system of elastic bands in various sizes for organising medical instruments. Body B also has adjustable and removable straps that can be used to create space for trauma shears up to 14cm long.
Once assembled, this military first aid pack is secured with elasticated bands, which reduce its size and serve as a safety mechanism to prevent accidental opening.
